Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 : Chobe National Park – Game Drive & Boat Safari
• Morning pick-up in Kasane
• Morning 4x4 Game Drive in Chobe National Park (elephants, buffalo, lions, etc.)
• Lunch at a safari lodge
• Afternoon Boat Cruise on Chobe River – fantastic for hippos, crocs, and birdlife
• Overnight in Kasane
Day 2 : Transfer from Chobe to Nata or Maun
• Breakfast, then road transfer south
• Optional stop in Nata for an overnight (especially for birdwatchers or salt pan visits)
• Or continue directly to Maun (approx. 6–7 hours from Kasane)
• Check in at lodge/guesthouse
• Overnight in Maun or Nata (depending on route)
Day 3 : Arrival in Maun – Scenic Flight (Optional)
• Morning at leisure or transfer to Maun if overnighted in Nata
• Optional Scenic Flight over the Okavango Delta (30–45 minutes)
• Prepare for Delta excursion the next day
• Overnight in Maun
Day 4 : Okavango Delta Mokoro Safari & Bush Camp
• Early departure into the Okavango Delta by 4x4 and mokoro canoe
• Guided bush walk with local tracker-guide
• Picnic lunch and free time to explore or swim (safe channels only)
• Dinner at bush camp or mobile tented site
• Overnight in the Delta (rustic camp or lodge)
Day 5 : Full Day in the Okavango Delta
• Morning and afternoon mokoro excursions or walking safaris
• Enjoy wildlife, birds, and peaceful Delta surroundings
• All meals included
• Overnight in the Delta
Day 6 : Return to Maun – Departure
• Breakfast and mokoro transfer out of the Delta
• Return to Maun by 4x4
• Drop-off at Maun Airport or lodge
